Peritoneal adhesiolysis for end colostomy takedown (review)

چکیده

Reversal after Hartmann’s procedures is technically challenging and followed by high morbidity rate. One the main risk factors of complications need to dissect peritoneal adhesions for optimal access large bowel, which leads bowel deserosing, intestine lumen opening late perforation. Meanwhile, question remains unresolved: there a total adhesiolysis during operations end colostomy takedown, or it more appropriate minimize its volume? Recent literature data are presented narrative reviews, single observational experimental studies. Options decision making based on experts’ opinion. There strong test hypotheses prospective randomized study.
